The well known festival for urban art and culture goes down in the saxonian metropolis of Chemnitz, Germany. During summer a long forgotten special-purpose machines factory called SPEMAFA or formerly »VEB Spezialmaschinenfabrik« becomes a temporary venue for the colorful exhibition. In mid-August more than 100 artists travel to the brownfield in west-saxony and transform this remnant of GDR-industry, once built in 1889 by the brothers Unger, into an synthesis of the arts by street art and graffiti, illustrations and installations, murals and multimedia projects.

2OG is an entire floor of the ancient »Alte Münze«-building located in Berlin-Mitte, where permanent and temporary studios as well as public exhibition rooms for artists and creative-minded people are about to emerge. Brought to life by the Spreewerkstätten-community to sustain cultural freedom for artists in a post-gentrified environment.
The freedom of speech and of art are among the most important foundations of our democracy. Today, however, the control of information is evident in a variety of ways and leaves countless traces.
In the context of 2OG's opening exhibition - censura - a handful of Berlin based artists use their drawing talents to discuss personal experiences with the suppression of artistic statements in the urban space.

We were asked to install some work as a visual statement for Stroke Art Fair 2015 in Munich. We decided to focus on an installation, which in their words was as follows. Our topic was »wood/natural materials« with three different methods to work with it. Besides each of our own work, we prepared three panel of different wood to combine them together in one piece. Each of them has it´s own topic – elsone works in an interesting way with hanging his panels into the surrounding of trees and branches, taking their angles to melt the piece with it´s environment.
